Terms of Service

These terms apply to the BillApp Android app and the website billapp.lk ("BillApp"), provided by Fox Design, Sri Lanka. By using BillApp you agree to them.

The service

BillApp lets sales representatives and distributors create, print and share invoices, record payments and keep sales records. Some features work offline and sync when you are online.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the invoices, prices and customer details you enter. Keep your phone and account secure.

Invoice credits and prices

Creating an invoice uses prepaid invoice credit at the price shown in the app (currently Rs 2.50 per invoice). New users receive free starting credit. Credit packs and the Owner plan are sold in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) through Google Play inside the app, and through PayHere on our website. Prices include all charges shown at checkout. We may change prices; changes never affect credit you have already bought.

Delivery

BillApp products are digital. Credit is added to your BillApp account automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment. If it does not appear, open the app and tap Sync, or contact support with your payment reference.

Owner plan

The Owner plan gives a distributor access to team features for the period shown at purchase (for example 6 months). It does not renew automatically unless you subscribe through Google Play, where you can cancel any time in Play Store subscriptions.

Acceptable use

Do not use BillApp for illegal activity, false invoices, or to harm others. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or do not pay for trust invoices.

Availability and liability

We work to keep BillApp available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". You are responsible for keeping your own business records and tax filings correct. To the extent allowed by Sri Lankan law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
